Description

Massive explosions! One-mistake deaths! Neon! All this and more can be found as you guide your ship across 8 levels! Shoot the invaders, dodge their villainous masters and try to get the most gems and the highest score. Aperion Origins infuses the games of the 80's with a neon colour, creating a frenetic twin-stick shooter where getting the highest score is king, closely followed by chaining the biggest explosive combos. Destroy as many ships as you can per wave until yours is added to the pile.

History

Game history

Aperion Origins started as a four player demo project which was developed for several events which were geared towards getting children interested in careers in IT. This project has been developed further and released as a mobile game which forms the base for the continuation of the project into a larger game. The team plan on developing Aperion into a multiplayer console game which will expand upon the gameplay and use the maps in new and exiting ways.

Features

  • 4 ships with their own stats - find your favourite!
  • 8 maps of nerve-shredding tension
  • 5 difficulties to test your skill
  • Over 13 power-ups and modifiers take your ship further
  • Outrun (or charge towards) 11 enemies.
  • Global and local leaderboards
