Super Dark Deception release for console!
We have worked with Glowstick Entertainment for the last few years on multiple of their games (Dark Deception, Super Dark Deception, Monsters and Mortals and House) but this is the first full release we have been apart of so far. It releases on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series SX on August 30th!
If you are unfamiliar with the game (where have you been haha), it’s a demake of the very successful ‘Dark Deception’ game on PC (coming to consoles). It’s a 2D masterpiece and has everything you would expect from Dark Deception game.
It’s really cool to see all the characters and levels in pixel art form with even the music being remade in chiptune remakes of the originals, the Gold Watchers legs still crack me up when running as perfect adaption for 2D and Dark Deception humour!
This first installment of the game includes the first 4 levels of the game and buying this version you will get the 2nd and 3rd chapter for free in an DLC format.
Its been really great experience to work on and be part of from early days to release on all consoles!
